New Industrial Building Insulation Sandwich Panel Series

The surface metal of this sandwich panel is high-quality fluorocarbon aluminum, painted steel, or other precision profiled metal plate. After rolling molding, inject the foam fireproof polyurethane with high pressure, or cut the rock wool/glass wool into stripes and then turn 90 degrees (making the fibers perpendicular to the metal surface), bonding it strongly with the metal plate. The high-density rigid foam undergoes a unique tongue and groove filling process, with the long precision double track controlling the molding compound, forming nice, smooth, tough building color plates.

PU Sealing Insulation Sandwich Rockwool Wall Panel

BRD selects high-quality aluminum or metal materials as the panel metal sheet. After roll forming, the rock wool is cut into stripes and then turned 90 degrees to make the fibers perpendicular to the metal surface. It is then bonded together with the metal plate using a high-strength, high bond strength, and high fireproof binder. Finally, the high-density rigid polyurethane foam is sealed in the two edges, completing the nice, smooth, tough panel.
